Cool Train: the sales trainee programme
The ‘Cool Train’ takes our sales trainees through all the relevant parts of the company during their 12-month journey, with intensive stopovers at the technical field services division, on project assignments and at subsidiaries abroad.
Trainees wanting to take part in this on-the-job and off-the-job scheme must have completed a technical apprenticeship or university degree, and have a strong interest in the sale of our coolants as well as in advising our customers.
